Why is TSE Important in Lightning Rod?
Since there is no standard regarding Active Lightning Rods in Turkey, it has not been possible to understand the difference between quality and poor quality products for years. With the TS 13709 (Lightning Protection - Active Lightning Rods) standard published by TSE, a big gap has been filled in our country. With the accepted standard, lightning rod production will be carried out according to a certain order, and non-standard material production and applications in lightning rod systems will be prevented. The fact that production and design will be tied to a certain standard will bring quality products and manufacturers.
