Lightning Protection Conductor | CCA-CONDUCTOR

Yıldırımdan Korunma İletkeni | CCA-İLETKEN

Copper Clad Aluminum Wire is an electrical conductor produced by mechanically coating Copper Foil on Aluminum wire and then rolling and reducing it to the desired diameters. Copper Clad Aluminum wire takes its name from its production method and is commonly known as CCA (Copper Clad Aluminum) or CCAW (Copper Clad Aluminum Wire).

CCA-CONDUCTOR | Lightning Protection Conductor

Complies with TS EN Standards

It is used as an alternative to copper and aluminum conductors in Lightning Protection Systems. It is recommended to be used up to the test terminal on roof and wall landing lines in Lightning Protection Systems.

Advantages

► Light: It is 3 times lighter than solid copper conductor.
► Easy to Work: Thanks to its soft structure, it is easier and faster to work than solid copper conductor.
► Long Life: Atmospheric corrosion is prevented by the copper-plated conductor on the outer surface.
► Economical: Solid Copper is much more economical than conductor.

Features

► Weight: 0.160 kg/m
► Diameter: 8 mm ( 50 mm2 )
► Coating: Minimum 70 micron copper
► Compatible with Standards: TS EN 62305, TS EN 62561, NFC 17-102 / 2011

CCA Conductor produced by Amper Elektrik has a high-quality coating because its production technique is different. At the same time, the product is easy to use and process. Its other important features are its price advantage, being lightweight and not causing environmental pollution.
