AIRCRAFT WARNING SYSTEMS

The Importance of Aircraft Warning Systems

According to international aviation rules (US Federal Aviation Administration, International Civil Aviation Organization, Mexico Civil Aviation General Directorate), fixed objects (radio-telecommunication towers, wind turbines, industrial funnels, cranes, bridges, energy transmission lines, high buildings, business towers, etc.) on the route of aircraft, such as airplanes and helicopters, pose a risk in terms of flight safety.

These points that are within airway visibility must have flashing warning systems that enable warnings within a specific range. The International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities (IALA) stipulates the use of similar products as part of the rules specified for vessels.
